Hardik Patel founded iTechFixr in August 2020 as a specialised cybersecurity practice. Over the next five years, the practice grew through hands-on engagements with Indian SMBs, MSMEs, corporates, and educational institutions — built on a single principle: every client gets a practising cybersecurity expert, not a junior trainer or a resold curriculum.
In 2025, Itechfixr Infotech LLP was incorporated to formalise the practice and expand its capabilities. Hardik continues to lead all cybersecurity engagements personally.
His approach is grounded in real-world incidents — phishing campaigns, ransomware attempts, and social engineering attacks — translating them into practical, scenario-based training every employee can apply.
