How we handle your data
What happens to your information during a security assessment or training engagement with iTechFixr Infotech LLP.
NDA before engagement
We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before any engagement begins. We do not publish client names or findings without written permission.
Storage and encryption
Test data, evidence and working files are stored encrypted, and only for the duration of the engagement.
Who can access it
Access is limited to the named consultant assigned to your engagement. It is not shared with other clients or used for other purposes.
Deletion and retention
After the report is delivered, we delete engagement data, subject to any retention period agreed with you in writing. To ask for deletion of personal data at any time, see our Data Deletion page.
DPDP Act alignment
We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: we collect only what the engagement needs, use it only for that purpose, and delete it when it is no longer needed. Our Privacy Policy covers data collected through this website.
