These terms apply when you use itechfixr.com or engage iTechFixr Infotech LLP ("iTechFixr," "we," "us") for training, security assessment, compliance consulting, or IT repair and retail services.
Using This Website
The content on itechfixr.com, including blog articles, checklists, and the DPDP scorecard assistant, is general guidance on cybersecurity and data protection. It is not legal advice and does not replace an assessment of your own systems. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy our content and brand without written permission.
Services and Proposals
Every training, workshop, VAPT, audit, or consulting engagement is defined by a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, schedule, and fees in Indian Rupees (₹). If anything in that document differs from these terms, the signed document wins.
Security Testing Needs Written Permission
We only test systems, networks, applications, or people (for example, phishing simulations) after the owner has authorised the exact scope in writing. You confirm that you have the right to authorise testing of everything you put in scope. Findings are shared only with the contacts you name, and we handle them as confidential.
Fees and Payment
Fees, taxes (GST where applicable), and payment milestones are listed in the proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on them. Rescheduling or cancelling a confirmed session is handled as set out in the proposal.
IT Repair and Retail
For device repair we log the device, the reported problem, and your contact details, and share an estimate before chargeable work begins. Please back up your data before handing over a device. We take care with your data, but we cannot be responsible for data that was not backed up.
Confidentiality and Your Data
We keep client information confidential and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can ask us to delete your data through our Data Deletion page.
Intellectual Property
Training material, slides, reports, and templates we create remain ours. Participants and clients may use them for their own internal purposes; please do not resell or republish them.
Limitation of Liability
Security work reduces risk; it cannot guarantee that no incident will ever happen. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
